The Texas Barn is a corporate two bedroom, 1700 square foot separate guest home located on a private, gated 3 acre estate in the heart of the Medical Center. A large soaking tub and shower are features of the bathrooms. The grounds also include a main home, guest cottage and separate garage. Use of the private pool, and picnic area is included. A Golden Retriever dog and several cats also are on staff. Your own pets are negotiable with an additional charge. 
This is a fully furnished corporate unit complete with linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, TV, DVD, telephone, washer and dryer, internet service and cable. The only thing necessary is your suitcase. A utility allowance is included in monthly rental fees.

Our house is centrally located in the Historic District of Monte Vista. In a short walk around the block, you will find you are surrounded by century old eclectic houses ranging from small cottages to multimillion dollar mansions. You are about 6 blocks away from Trinity University and 1 mile to Downtown from Main Street.

Mexican and Italian restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery and designer shops are within 3 blocks. The grocery store is just 1 mile away. There is easy access to US-281, I-10 and I-35, which can get you anywhere in the city quickly. 

The one story 2013 sq ft house was build in 1924 and has a detached 2 car garage with side storage area. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bath has a tub with shower, and the other has a large walk-in shower tiled in blue glass...it's like taking a shower in the ocean. All linens are included.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a commercial range/stove and a custom triple bowl-2 faucet sink. There is a refrigerator with ice and water dispener, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, and glasses. 

There is a sunroom in front of the house that looks out to the yard and street. It is great for your morning coffee and wireless computing. The back yard has a bricked patio for dining on the picnic table or relaxing on the lawn chairs. VRBO 135744

Sam Houston, and other points of interest in San Antonio, Texas. Throughout the years, Lackland AFB BMT families have been welcomed to our home to reunite and spend time with family and friends. Lackland AFB is a short drive from Robin's Nest I, which makes this home a true Lackland vacation rental. Over the years, I have connected with many Lackland BMT families and have incorporated what is important to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I have a 'no-risk' change of date policy in place for Lackland BMT families.

This private cabin is located on 115 acres of riverfront property and is set off about 100' from the main house. It is furnished with one double bed, a set of bunk beds, a crib and two queen beds, a day bed, television, CD player/Stereo and chair. The smaller bedroom contains the twin-size bunkbeds and there is a double bed and twin size day bed in the second bedroom. This second bedroom also acts as the common room with TV and stereo in this room. The Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds with an adjoining full Bathroom. The other Bathroom has a spacious tiled shower with built in bench. Internet is also available.

The cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and all untensils and appliances.
